Einnahmeempfehlung All Stars Whey Plex:
Geben Sie 2 Messlöffel (40g) Whey-Plex in 400 ml Magermilch oder 300 ml Wasser und lösen Sie das Pulver durch kräftiges umrühren auf. Am einfachsten gelingt die Zubereitung in einem Mixer. Trinken Sie bis zu 3 Portionen Whey-Plex täglich, am besten zum Frühstück sowie vor und unmittelbar nach dem Training. Für optimale Trainingsergebnisse sollten Sie Whey-Plex täglich verzehren.
